Taryn Magalianes is the founder and owner of A Touch of You. She has been assisting couples with their special day since 2006. A graduate of Kamehameha Schools, becoming a wedding planner was not in her plans after high school. It began when she did her first scrapbook. After that, she became interested in making favors and invitations for parties.

The first wedding that she planned, she really enjoyed doing it all - the invitations, programs, bouquets and boutonnieres, favors, ballroom decor and centerpieces. It was then she thought that she wouldn't mind doing this again. Her second wedding,she arranged meetings with vendors, completed the programs, ran the rehearsal and worked the day of the wedding ensuring the day was running smoothly for the bride and groom. After this wedding, she knew this is what she wanted to do.

She enjoys all aspects of wedding planning but the best part for her is working with the bride and groom to stay within their budget. This is their special day and I want to make sure that they get what they want! She's happy to say that she has always met the budget that a bride and groom has!

Wedding planning is a passion that I grew into. Seeing a couple on their special day be very happy, so in love and stress free, that's when I know that I've done my job.

At the end of their day, she happily returns home to her family, her husband Todd and their daughters Tahni and Tayli.
